Demo mode: email delivery, Google Drive connection and other external integrations are disabled. The screens remain visible so the company can see how the full system is configured.

Email alerts
Choose what the owner should receive by email. In-app alerts remain available inside Bafem Solar.
On XAMPP, email normally will not send until mail/SMTP is configured. On live hosting, the built-in server mail function may work automatically; for reliable production delivery, SMTP should be connected.
AUTOMATIC BACKUP
Google Drive
Back up your Bafem Solar business database daily to a private Google Drive folder. Historical backups are kept permanently; identical database snapshots are not uploaded twice.

Automatic schedule
After Google Drive is connected, add one Daily cron job in cPanel using:
A daily run at around 2:00 AM is a good default. Every changed daily snapshot is kept permanently. If the business data is unchanged, the system does not create a duplicate file.
