WHAT THIS IS FOR
Audit log = the system's activity history
It records important actions such as sign-ins, sales, payments, inventory changes, account changes and settings updates. The owner can use it to check what happened, which login did it, when it happened and the IP address used. It is useful for accountability and investigating mistakes.
Because your staff use one shared staff login, actions performed with that login will appear as Bafem Solar Staff. The system cannot tell whether John, Mary or another person physically used that shared password.
